Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the ror2 platform. By registering or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all the provisions set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

By accessing or using the ror2 platform through ror2.bet or its associated applications, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.

Use of the ror2 platform is restricted to individuals who:

Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
Not prohibited by local laws or regulations from using services of this nature;
Register for personal use only and not on behalf of any third party.

Ror2 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. If a user is found to be underage, their account will be closed immediately and any associated balance will be held pending the outcome of an investigation.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the ror2 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

Users are solely responsible for the security of their account username and password. Any activity that occurs through your account is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact ror2 customer support immediately.

User responsibilities include:

Not share login credentials with any other party;
Not use another person's account or allow others to use yours;
Keep personal information updated whenever changes occur;
Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations while using the platform.

3. Payments, Transactions & Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

All transactions on the ror2 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made using the payment methods listed in the account portal, including online banking via FPX and supported e-wallets.

Users acknowledge that:

All deposits made are final and non-refundable once credited to the account;
Withdrawal requests are subject to the identity verification process as required;
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to current policy and can be viewed in the account portal;
Ror2 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals for investigation or anti-money laundering compliance purposes;
Transactions suspected of fraud or manipulation may be frozen pending the outcome of an investigation.

Any disputes relating to transactions must be reported to customer support within 30 days of the transaction date. Claims submitted after this period may not be processed.

4. Platform Usage Rules & Liability

Users agree not to use the ror2 platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could cause harm to the platform, other users, or third parties. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Using automated software, bots, or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage in games;
Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or cheat the system;
Attempting to upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content through the platform;
Accessing platform sections that are not permitted for regular users;
Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing activities.

Regarding liability, ror2 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from: service disruptions due to factors beyond our control, technical failures by third parties such as payment providers, game outcomes that are not in the user's favour, or use of the platform in breach of these terms. ror2's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount of active funds in the user's account at the time of the incident.

5. Account Suspension, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Account Suspension & Closure

Ror2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the request of the relevant authorities. In cases where closure is due to a user's breach of terms, the account balance may be withheld or forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so through account settings or by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to the required verification.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ror2 platform, including logos, interfaces, text, graphics, software, and brand names, is the exclusive property of ror2 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any of these elements without prior written consent.

Third-Party Links

The ror2 platform may contain references to third-party services such as payment providers or game providers. ror2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party services. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms and conditions separately.

6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Ror2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the website. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of the current applicable terms.

Continued use of the ror2 platform after any changes to the terms are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure through our support channels.

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of this platform are subject to the designated jurisdiction.
